LONGLEAF STORIES

full circle in the hundred acre wood

Juggling the small planets of my life, learning to create fictional worlds from the primordial ooze and flash of my real universe. Like a weekend pottery class, my awkward thumbprint on the bottom of a lumpy coffee mug, I am drinking deeply from the catawampus unlikeliness of it all. Waking up smiling, too.

Funny thing about juggling the orbs in our lives-sometimes when we drop one its a mess-sometimes its a present to ourselves.

    Neat new playground you’ve got.
